Kevin J. Oursland graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1992. He is a former state prosecutor and public defender. He is a member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Arizona, as well as the Nebraska Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
